In order to further optimize the product production process, solve the production pain points such as uneven drying of wooden tableware and residual moisture, and ensure the quality stability of product storage and transportation, our company has recently completed the comprehensive upgrading of the production line drying mesh belt equipment. The moisture content of disposable wooden tableware is the core key to determining the quality of the product. Moisture residue is very easy to cause mold, deformation and cracking of the tableware, which affects the product qualification rate and the customer experience. The upgraded special drying mesh belt adopts high-permeability, high-temperature and corrosion-resistant materials, and the mesh structure is permeable and uniform, which completely changes the problems of heat accumulation and poor ventilation at the bottom of the traditional drying. In the production operation, the mesh belt smoothly transports all kinds of wooden tableware. The bottom of the tableware is not covered and there is no moisture. The upper and lower three-dimensional hot air penetrates the material, which realizes all-round and uniform drying without dead angles. It effectively and quickly evaporates the residual moisture inside the tableware, and accurately controls the standard moisture content of the product. The technical reform and upgrade of the mesh belt has not only greatly improved the operation efficiency of the entire drying production line, but also made the tableware more thorough and smoother, eliminated mold, deformation and other quality problems from the source, and further stabilized the factory quality of the product. In the future, our factory will continue to optimize the production process, and provide customers with better quality, stable and safe disposable environmentally friendly wooden tableware products with refined production and standardized quality control.
